How long will it take to process my order?

 

Processing time for retail orders can take anywhere from 7-14 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including weekends or holidays. The first processing day begins the next business day after you place your order. This means if you place your order on a Friday, your first processing day will be Monday, given that Monday is not a holiday. Please refrain from contacting us about your order until it has passed the 10th processing day. Anyone who requests a refund due to impatience will not be able to place an order with Lux Beauty again. 

 

How long does shipping take? 

 

Shipping varies on the weight of your order and the destination. All orders are shipped through USPS and you will receive an email with tracking once your order has been shipped. USPS is currently experiencing a high volume of orders with very limited workers due to COVID, which has been causing many packages to arrive much later than expected. Please allow a few extra days for your package to arrive because of these circumstances. 

 

What does it mean if an item I want is only available for “pre order”? 

 

If an item is only available for “pre order”, that means that the product isn’t available at the moment because we are waiting on materials for that product to be made. When materials for that product arrive, it will be made and shipped to you at our earliest convenience.   

 

Order Inquiries 

 

For any questions or concerns regarding an existing order, please reach out to us via email at “[email protected]”. All rude/unprofessional emails will be disregarded. 

Email format ex: “Hi, Good Afternoon. My name is XYZ and I am contacting you regarding my order, #123456.” Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. 

 

Address discrepancy 

 

If there is a discrepancy with your address (such as zip code) when I attempt to ship your package at the post office, I will not ship your package. I will email you and ask for you to confirm that the shipping address you provided is indeed correct, or if it needs to be changed so I can ship it the next shipping day. If you do not respond by the next shipping day, your package will be sent out to the address you originally provided. 

 

What happens if I accidentally enter the wrong shipping address? 

 

If you realize that you’ve entered in the wrong address on your order, contact us immediately via email at “[email protected]”. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Once your email is received, I will correct your delivery address before your package is shipped. If your package has already been shipped before you noticed that you provided an incorrect shipping address, contact USPS with your tracking # immediately. 

 

What happens if my package gets lost?

 

If your package says delivered and you have not received it, contact USPS immediately. Lux Beauty is NOT responsible for any packages lost in transit. 

 

Do you offer returns, refunds, or exchanges? 

 

Lux Beauty does NOT offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. No cancellations! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 

 

What happens if I am missing an item from my order? 

 

In the event that you are missing an item from your order, contact us immediately at “[email protected]”. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost. If the item you originally ordered is no longer in stock, you can opt for a replacement of equal value or you will be issued a refund for that particular item.
